Rina Tsohn is a licensed clinical social worker and a qualified supervisor for master’s level clinicians seeking licensure, with over a decade of experience. She joined Goodman JFS after excelling in her role as the Head of Quality Assurance and Assessments for an in-patient treatment center, where she focused on the client experience, quality of service and ensuring all client needs were being met. Prior to this, Rina worked for the Broward State Attorney’s office as Victim Advocate, providing support and guidance to survivors of crimes related to sexual abuse, child abuse, domestic violence, among other crimes.

Rina obtained her Master’s degree in clinical social work from Barry University. Prior to this, she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a Minor in Law, Ethics and Society from Florida International University. Rina honed her expertise working in the fields of trauma, mental health and substance abuse. Rina promotes a client-centered, holistic approach to treatment that utilizes relevant and effective interventions to assist clients in the change process and empower them to meet and surpass their goals, through trauma informed care. Rina places a strong emphasis on connection, honesty and integrity in both her personal and professional life.
