For individuals with challenging work schedules, telehealth may allow for more flexibility to fit your schedule. The research shows that online counseling is as effective as face-to-face counseling. However, their may be situations when telehealth services may not be appropriate or helpful and face-to-face counseling would be advised. For example, if you are in need of more intensive psychotherapy, are in crisis or simply prefer meeting with a therapist in person in order to disclose important information, telehealth services may not be the best fit. If you are unsure, our clinicians can speak with you and provide guidance and options.
